Adelco Group is the strategic result of three companies that decided to catalyze their resources and expertise in a single new company called Adelco S.c. and a vehicle to operate in the field of civil constructions, infrastructures, residential and public works.
Adelco S.c. intends to operate in Ghana through its controlled subsidiary Adelco Ghana Ltd. Immobiliare Nord S.r.l. is a company focus mainly on real estate development. This company holds a legacy of 66 years of history and since the year 1946 when it started its operations, malls, residential compounds, factories and warehouses made by the company are countless.
